Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the NoiseOut platform, operated by ArcAccel Innovations LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

1. Subscription Fees

NoiseOut is a subscription service billed monthly. All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

2. 7-Day Refund Window (New Customers)

If you are a new customer and are not satisfied with NoiseOut within the first 7 days of your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment. To qualify:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your first charge
  • This applies to first-time subscribers only — not repeat purchases or renewals
  • You must contact us at support@noiseout.net with your account email and reason for cancellation

3. Free Trial

If you are on a free trial, no payment is collected until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial with no charge. No refund is applicable for free trials.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. Service Outages

We do not provide refunds for service downtime or outages. In the event of significant, prolonged outages directly caused by our platform, we may at our discretion offer account credits for affected periods.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@noiseout.net with:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of charge
  • Reason for refund request

We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
